The Nautilus pushes beachfront luxury living Batangas with sustainable design and premium experiences
The rise of The Nautilus signals a new chapter for beachfront luxury living in Batangas. Landco Pacific, backed by Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, moves forward with a project that blends sustainability, design, and modern coastal comfort. The company tapped Metro Stonerich Corporation as the General Contractor. The partnership follows their past work on other premium seaside developments.

Executives from both companies joined the ceremonial signing in Batangas. Landco Pacific President and CEO Erickson Manzano said the project demands discipline and precision. He noted that Metro Stonerich has the capacity to deliver the quality Landco requires. The event reinforced the company’s commitment to shaping better coastal communities for homeowners and guests.
The Nautilus sits inside the 15 hectare Calatagan South Beach estate. It rises ten storeys high and offers direct beachfront access. Landco drew inspiration from Jules Verne’s classic Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea. The structure features coastal lines and modern silhouettes that match the CaSoBe shoreline. The Nautilus earned a Preliminary EDGE Advanced Certification. This makes it the first beach condominium in the country to reach this level of sustainable recognition. The certification points to reduced energy use and smarter building systems.
Residents will see solar canopies, EV charging stations, and water efficient systems. These sit beside wide sea views, pools, and wellness spaces. The mix shows that design and sustainability can support each other. Landco continues to shape estates where architecture, amenities, and nature come together. The company’s work also extends to Club Laiya and Punta Fuego. Each estate sits on prized Batangas beaches that residents can reach from Manila by car.
Landco sees itself as a lifestyle company. It develops seaside communities where people can live, gather, and enjoy the outdoors. Boardwalks, beach clubs, and water activities support weekend retreats and holiday stays. Through Landco Lifestyle Ventures, guests also enjoy unique accommodations like Crusoe Cabins, Cocoons, and Cupola. These concepts bring Filipino hospitality to the shore and help turn each stay into a memorable experience.
The Nautilus strengthens Landco’s position as a leader in coastal residential living. The project gives buyers confidence with strong backing, clear design intent, and long term value.
