Switch to Electric Vehicles with Vingroup support until April 30, 2026
Vingroup is giving more Filipino drivers extra time to switch to electric vehicles.
The company has extended its special support program until April 30, 2026. The offer aims to help customers deal with rising fuel costs and ongoing pressure on global fuel supply. It also shows how the group wants to push cleaner transport in daily life.
The program covers four markets. These are Vietnam, India, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Customers who trade gasoline vehicles for VinFast electric vehicles can get added discounts during the extended period.
In the Philippines, the offer gives buyers an extra 3 percent discount on electric cars and 5 percent discount on electric motorcycles. These savings come on top of other ongoing promotions. That makes the shift to electric mobility easier for families, workers, and business owners who want to cut fuel spending.
The move comes at a time when many consumers are watching transport costs more closely. Gasoline prices continue to affect household budgets. For drivers who use their vehicles every day, the cost of fuel can quickly add up. A discount on an electric vehicle can help lower the entry barrier.
Vingroup says the program first launched in March as an emergency support measure. The extension gives more people a chance to make the switch while prices remain unstable.
Duong Thi Thu Trang, Deputy CEO of Global Sales at VinFast, said the campaign has already helped build strong momentum for customers choosing electric vehicles for their next trips and daily routines. She added that the extension will help more users go green while also supporting reduced fuel consumption.
The company also pointed to strong demand across its green mobility ecosystem. On March 28, 2026, VinFast recorded 3,520 electric vehicle orders completed in a single day. That figure signals strong interest in EV ownership and a faster shift in consumer behavior.
For Filipino buyers, the message is direct. If you have been thinking about making the move, this extended window gives you one more reason to act. With fuel prices still in focus, electric mobility is becoming a more practical lifestyle choice.
