Sophos has launched its new Partner Program to help partners grow faster, deliver smarter cybersecurity, and stay competitive.
The program combines Sophos’ ecosystem with that of Secureworks, creating a unified platform trusted by over 25,000 partners worldwide.
Key highlights include:
- Unified portfolio: Partners can now sell across a broader range of cybersecurity solutions, including endpoint, cloud, network, XDR/MDR, ITDR and next-gen SIEM. Everything is managed through Sophos Central, making it easier to sell and scale.
- Revenue-focused design: The program offers revenue multipliers, volume discounts and flexible billing. Tools like the new MDR Guided Onboarding and quick-start certifications through Sophos Academy help speed up enablement.
- Better customer retention: Sophos now offers more support for partners through Partner Care, Renewal, and Customer Success teams. Certification training is now free for all partner tiers.
- Tools for speed: The updated portal includes an AI Sales Assistant for real-time guidance, improved quoting tools and detailed dashboards for compliance and management.
Chris Bell, SVP at Sophos, said the program aligns with how partners want to grow today. Whether launching managed services or expanding consulting, the platform supports scale and profitability.
Partners like Trebron IT and Softchoice have already seen its value. Trebron CEO Dave Peck noted that selling across Sophos and Secureworks portfolios gives them a strong edge with clients in healthcare and manufacturing. Softchoice’s Andrew Campbell added that the enhancements in Sophos Central simplify their business processes.
The Sophos Partner Program has earned multiple industry honors, including the 5-Star rating from CRN for 12 straight years and recognition from Canalys and SE Labs.
