Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) is bringing care closer to where customers live and work through the CX Caravan, a program under the #SmartCares campaign. This mobile initiative delivers aftersales services on-site—helping people manage accounts, register SIMs, upgrade to LTE, and make the most of the Smart App for faster, simpler transactions.

Recent stops at San Mateo Elementary School in Norzagaray, Bulacan and Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija brought on-site support to teachers and healthcare workers—two groups who often don’t have time to visit a Smart Store.

“Having Smart come to us made aftersales support more accessible and convenient. It’s the first time we’ve experienced this kind of on-site assistance, and we truly appreciate it,” said Principal Jonkelly Torrecampo of San Mateo Elementary School.

Smart also held SCAMpaign sessions to help customers spot and avoid scams—which is especially relevant for medical professionals like Dr. Annette Bautista of Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center. 

“As medical professionals, our numbers are often shared with patients, which makes us more vulnerable to scams,” she said. “The session was very timely—it helped us recognize warning signs and better protect ourselves.”

“Through the CX Caravan, we’re making aftersales more accessible by meeting customers where they are,” said Brenda Dichoso, Customer Experience FVP for Smart. “It’s one of the many ways Smart Cares—by listening, showing up, and ensuring every customer feels supported.”

With more stops planned across the country, the CX Caravan continues to reinforce Smart’s commitment to deliver reliable mobile service experiences—one community at a time.
