The ceremonial signing event was held at the Bayer Philippines Head Office on February 5, 2024, led by President and General Manager of PHILUSA Corporation Neogin Evangelista, Managing Director, and Country Division Head of Bayer Philippines Angel Michaelo Evangelista, and Vice President for Merchandising of Mercury Drug Corporation Corazon Lim.
