PSA online certificate viewing offers faster access to birth, marriage, and death records
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has rolled out a new online feature that allows citizens to view their civil registry documents instantly and securely.
The PSA online certificate viewing service lets users access copies of their birth, marriage, and death certificates, along with the Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) and Certificate of No Death (CENODEATH). The move eliminates the need to book an appointment or wait in line, making government document access faster and easier.
Through the PSA Serbilis website, users can request a document and receive a unique reference code after payment. This code serves as a secure key to view the requested document online.

For those who still prefer printed copies, PSA has introduced DocPrint. This new service allows users to print their requested documents by visiting any designated PSA Civil Registry System outlet and presenting their access code.
The PSA said this digital upgrade is part of the second phase of its Civil Registry System Information Technology Project. The initiative uses advanced technology to streamline government services and enhance convenience for the public.
With PSA online certificate viewing, Filipinos now have faster and more flexible options for handling essential documents.
