Philippine Cocktail Week Presented by Maya Black Brings the World’s Biggest Bar Collaboration to the Philippines

Philippine Cocktail Week (PHCW), presented by Maya Black, has unveiled its full international lineup, confirming the largest and most globally awarded gathering of cocktail bars ever hosted in the Philippines.

From February 5 to 8, 2026, the city will welcome an unprecedented collaboration between 28 of the world’s most celebrated cocktail bars and 28 of Manila’s finest local bars, unfolding across four nights and four neighborhoods.

Unlike traditional cocktail festivals that center on a single venue or temporary showcase, Philippine Cocktail Week is conceived as a citywide experience, unfolding deliberately through BGC; Legazpi Village and Makati Cinema Square; Poblacion and Jupiter; and Quezon City and San Juan.

“This is the first time Manila has welcomed this depth and caliber of international bar talent in a single week, working alongside local bars as collaborators,” said a representative from Philippine Cocktail Week. “Philippine Cocktail Week reflects a new chapter in Filipino hospitality—one where the city opens its doors with confidence, generosity, and a strong sense of identity.”

One-night-Only Collaborations, Citywide

Across four nights, internationally acclaimed bars step into Manila working alongside local bars, creating menus and experiences that exist for one night only. Each pairing is designed as an exchange where global perspective meets Filipino hospitality on equal footing, within bars that already define the city’s nightlife.

The international lineup brings together some of the most respected names in the global scene, many consistently recognized by The World’s 50 Best Bars and Asia’s 50 Best Bars. Among them are COA (Hong Kong), Vesper (Bangkok), Bar Us (Bangkok), Zest (Seoul), Virtù (Tokyo), Hope & Sesame (Guangzhou), and Dry Wave Cocktail Studio (Bangkok)—representing decades of collective recognition and influence.

Further details, including international–local bar pairings and guest bartenders, are available via @philippinecocktailweek on Instagram.
