The first-ever One Pampanga Food & Beverage Expo 2025 goes beyond food displays and tastings. It places conversations at the center of the event, tackling ideas that shape the future of Filipino cuisine, culture, and business.
Set on September 13 to 14 at the SMX Convention Center Clark, the expo brings together chefs, entrepreneurs, cultural advocates, and visionaries for three panel talks designed to inspire and inform.

Panel Talk 1, Filipino Food 2030, explores the direction of Philippine cuisine. The session looks into how heritage recipes are preserved while preparing local flavors for global recognition. The discussion highlights how Filipino food can be positioned on the world’s culinary stage by 2030.
