- Automation of critical RCM workflows like denial management, appeal filing, and call center support
Omega’s CEO Anurag Mehta emphasized that this partnership delivers tech-enabled services without burdening healthcare leaders with risky IT investments. By automating complex administrative tasks, organizations can focus more on patient care.
The AI engines embedded within Azure support ODP’s full-cycle operations—covering patient access, mid-cycle processing, and back-end workflows. These improvements result in:
- Up to 75% reduction in AR follow-up days
- Faster resolution timelines
- Higher compliance and accuracy rates
For payers, Omega has also released retrospective HCC coding automation tools and AI models for life sciences data curation.
