NUSTAR Resort has taken a big step toward promoting a healthier lifestyle with the launch of its “Rhythm of Wellness” campaign. The series opened on September 7, 2025, with “Rhythm of Strides,” the resort’s first Run Club, bringing together fitness, music, and community spirit.
More than 200 runners from different parts of the Philippines joined the event, including members of Summit Recovery Run Club and the Philippine Accessible Disability Services Inc. Participants ran along NUSTAR’s scenic boardwalk, enjoying routes of 3K or 5K at either a steady 6:30/km or a relaxed 8:00–9:00/km pace. The focus was on community and wellness, not competition.
“It’s not just a one-off run, we’re trying to build a community here for runners,” said Katrina Mae de Jesus, NUSTAR’s Assistant Vice President for Business Development. Trevor Hammond, SVP of Gaming Operations, added that the event was about creating opportunities for different communities to come together and enjoy shared experiences.

The run ended with freshly brewed coffee and live music, underscoring the resort’s goal of balancing wellness with leisure. The gathering gave participants a chance to connect beyond the physical activity, aligning with the campaign’s mission to create a holistic approach to health.
The “Rhythm of Wellness” campaign will continue through September with more activities that highlight movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connections. With “Rhythm of Strides” as its first step, NUSTAR is looking to build a community that values both physical and mental well-being.
