Maxort Philippines Inc. strengthens its national presence with its high-pressure pipe fittings manufacturing facility complementing the broader global supply chain is set to rise at LIMA Estate in Batangas
Lipa-Malvar, Batangas — Maxort Philippines Inc., an export-oriented pipe fittings manufacturer, will open its facility at LIMA Estate, Batangas, by Q2 2026. The 1.1-hectare facility will be developed by Mintong Construction Inc., the contractor behind industrial facilities for recent locators including Steelwell, Fong Shann, and Tang’s Realty.
Maxort’s entry will create 150 construction jobs in its initial phase, with operations set to begin by the end of 2026. The PHP 400 million investment reinforces LIMA Estate’s growing roster of international manufacturers and highlights the estate’s role as a magnet for foreign direct investment in the Philippines. Once operational, the facility will generate 200 new jobs, boosting local employment and supporting the region’s economic growth.
