Manulife Philippines earned recognition as one of HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2025. The company also received the Sustainable Workplace Award for its strong commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices. The awards were presented in Pasay City on August 26, 2025.
The recognition highlights organizations identified by employees as top employers of choice in Asia. Winners were selected through employee surveys, market benchmarks, and panel presentations. The Sustainable Workplace Award honors firms that show leadership in sustainability and community impact.
Manulife Philippines President and CEO Rahul Hora said the recognition reflects the company’s dedication to employee growth, inclusion, and well-being. “This is a testament to the efforts of our high-performing teams to build better, together,” he shared.
