BDO is making ordinary Tuesdays memorable through Kabayan First Tuesday, an exclusive monthly promo for Overseas Filipinos and their families.
Every first Tuesday of the month, they enjoy a 10% discount at SM Supermalls, including SM Store, SM Appliance, SM Cinema, SM Bowling, Watsons and Miniso. This runs until December 2, 2025.
The only requirement is to present any of the following:
- BDO Kabayan ATM card or passbook
- BDO Pay digital card
- Remittance payment slip
For Roselle Padua, a former OFW and mother, this initiative makes her daughter’s mall visits more meaningful. She credits the Kabayan First Tuesday perk as one reason she opened a BDO Kabayan Savings account for her family.

According to BDO SVP Genie T. Gloria, Kabayan First Tuesday is part of their Alagang Kabayan brand of service. It brings comfort and connection to OFWs even while they’re away.
SM Supermalls EVP for Marketing Jonjon San Agustin echoed this, saying the program offers OFWs a taste of home, whether they’re shopping, watching movies, or bonding with loved ones.
