Jollibee launches its new Kids Values Meals to help parents teach children core Filipino values while enjoying their favorite meals. Available from August 7 to September 30 in all Jollibee stores, each meal includes a storybook, fun activity, and a collectible sticker badge.
Partnering with Adarna House, Jollibee created five storybooks that focus on:
- Honesty: Ang Bola ng Katotohanan
- Respect: Ang Hari ng Palaruan
- Generosity: Ang Pinakamasayang Pista
- Responsibility: Ang Naghihintay na Homework
- Compassion for Nature: Mga Kaibigan ng Kalikasan
The program was launched on August 5 at Museo Pambata with Department of Education Secretary Sonny Angara and Jollibee ambassadors Iya and Drew Arellano with their children. Families joined live storytelling sessions and interactive activities.
“Even the simplest moments like enjoying a Kids Meal can be opportunities to teach, to bond, and to build character,” said Dorothy Dee-Ching, Jollibee’s VP for Marketing.
For every Kids Values Meal bought, PHP 5 goes to Jollibee Group Foundation’s Classroom Building Project, aiming to build 50 Joy Learning Centers nationwide by 2028. In partnership with DepEd, Jollibee and Adarna House will also donate 10,000 complete sets of storybooks to schools.
“This is a beautiful example of how public-private partnerships can promote both learning and social good,” said DepEd Secretary Sonny Angara.
Adarna House Vice President Ani Almario emphasized how value-centered stories support character-building both at home and in school.
