It All Started In May has finally released their much-awaited cover of the OPM classic “Manila” by Hotdog. After becoming a viral hit on TikTok, the track is now streaming on all major platforms, bringing fresh energy to a beloved anthem.

The band’s rendition gained traction after clips of their live performances circulated online, earning them a surge of fans. Audiences repeatedly requested “Manila” during their gigs, solidifying its spot as a favorite in their setlist.

Now, with its official release, listeners can enjoy the song anytime. The cover balances nostalgia with the group’s modern flair, honoring Hotdog’s timeless original while showcasing their identity.

Formed by Red, JP, Pau, Jai, and Mikee, It All Started In May is quickly making waves in the OPM scene. Their debut single “O’ Kay Tamis,” released in May 2025, already landed on six Spotify editorial playlists. The band is also part of the San Miguel Beer Oktoberfest lineup at Okada Manila this September 21, further cementing their growing presence.

The release of “Manila” marks another milestone for It All Started In May as they continue carving their place in today’s music scene.
