DMAP Digital Young Creators 2025 Unites Over 300 Young Talents
The Digital Marketing Association of the Philippines (DMAP) kicked off the search for the next generation of digital storytellers through the Digital Young Creators (DYC) bootcamp held at the Ayala Museum in Makati City.
Over 300 young creators, innovators, and mentors gathered for the “Sari-Sari DYC 2025,” celebrating diversity in ideas, creativity, and digital expression. “It celebrates creation in all its forms, a melting pot of digital makers,” said DYC Co-Chairs Raymund Sison of Lennon Group and Cams Sta. Ana of Meta Philippines.
The bootcamp featured workshops, panels, and mentoring sessions from some of the country’s most respected creative leaders. Among the speakers were Raxenne Maniquiz, Jann Pascua of Vogue Philippines, Abi Marquez, Raco Ruiz, Antoinette Jadaone, Carl Chavez, and Merlee Jayme.
A fireside chat on “The Power of Unstereotyping” was led by Kim Patria of Investing in Women and Adrian De Guzman of MullenLowe TREYNA. Creative professionals like Nikki Sunga, Jao Bautista, Rey Tiempo, and Marcel Lacap also served as mentors.
Participants expressed how the bootcamp reignited their drive to tell stories and create meaning through digital platforms. Ruiz encouraged them to “embrace the cringe” and take bold steps in their creative journey, while Jayme reminded attendees that “thinking ideas” remains a vital skill in the digital age.
The event serves as a prelude to the main DYC competition, where winners will represent the Philippines at Adfest Young Lotus 2026 in Thailand and SXSW 2026 in the United States.
DMAP DYC 2025 is co-presented by Ayala Foundation, Meta, and Maya, with support from partners like Ad Standards Council, AdFest, The One Show, and several industry brands and agencies.
