To mark Valentine’s Day, the gastronomic restaurant at Dorchester Collection’s Hôtel Plaza Athénée will be partnering with Maison Baccarat for an exclusive evening on Saturday, February 14, 2026. This unique culinary collaboration will highlight the heritage and art de vivre of both Houses.

Designed as a fully immersive experience, the evening will feature a five-course menu created by the chefs at Hôtel Plaza Athénée. Guests will be able to discover signature dishes of the restaurant, such as the Marie-Antoinette brioche with caviar and Parisian-style langoustine. The remaining courses will offer reinvented elements, with creative touches bringing a fresh perspective to the menu.
The setting of the gastronomic restaurant will be enhanced by tableware from Maison Baccarat, selected to elevate the flavour profile of the wines and champagnes which will be served throughout the evening. Baccarat’s signature red crystal, produced through the fusion of clear crystal and 24-carat gold, will echo the 20,000 gold leaves adorning the restaurant’s interior. An icon of the House, the Harcourt Louis-Philippe glass, will be presented alongside contemporary creations such as the Harcourt Eve flute, which offers a modern interpretation of its emblematic lines.
The five-course Valentine’s Day menu at Hotel Plaza Athénée’s gastronomic restaurant starts from €530 per person and includes a glass of Veuve Clicquot Grande Dame 2018 Champagne, mineral water and hot beverages.
