Honda Philippines showcases motorcycles at Volleyball Men’s World Championship
Honda Philippines, Inc. (HPI), the country’s leading motorcycle manufacturer, is fueling the energy of the 2025 FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship (VMWC) as one of its proud sponsors.
The tournament, set from September 12 to 28, 2025, will gather the world’s best national volleyball teams in Manila, with matches at Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City and Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City. Games will air nationwide on RPTV, One Sports, One Sports HD, and via Pilipinas Live streaming.
Honda’s sponsorship highlights its commitment to youth inspiration, passion, and excellence. To mark this partnership, HPI showcased its newest motorcycles:
- The All-New PCX160
- The All-New Honda NAVi
- The Winner X
Honda has also been engaging fans ahead of the tournament. The Kick-Off event at SM Mall of Asia Music Hall last August 13 drew large crowds, followed by road tours at SM Seaside Cebu (August 16), SM Laoag City (August 23), and SM CDO Premiere (August 30).
The Philippines hosting the FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship is historic, as it marks the first time the event comes to Southeast Asia. Honda’s participation underscores values of freedom, endurance, and innovation that parallel the excitement of world-class volleyball.
“Honda is honored to be part of this historic moment in Philippine sports. Just like the world-class athletes competing in this tournament, we at Honda Philippines are continually striving to inspire and empower the youth with advanced, safe, and innovative mobility solutions,” said Apple Magaling, HPI Motorcycle Planning Department Manager.
