At Ginger.Lily, the Yuletide Four-Course Dinner celebrates flavours that bridge East and West, with its standout miso cod, a beloved Japanese preparation reinterpreted for the season. Paired with traditional favourites like turkey roulade and winter truffle, the miso’s gentle sweetness and savory complexity give familiar Christmas flavors a distinctly Asian character.

Hilton Da Nang’s Winter’s Tale combines global winter flavors with Vietnamese culinary traditions. Guests can enjoy the comfort of Abalone in Chinese Herbs, slow-braised using traditional Vietnamese techniques to highlight its delicate sweetness and earthy depth, as well as French Duck Breast paired with foie gras and finished with a truffle-orange reduction. The festive meal concludes with Eton Mess Christmas, a playful medley of winter berries, crisp meringue, and whipped cream.

Hilton Saigon’s Festive Cocktail infuses the warmth of mulled wine with the tropical vibrancy of local red dragon fruit, creating a refreshingly Vietnamese expression of a holiday favorite. The Festive Set Menu reinterprets winter ingredients like lamb, butternut squash, and smoked salmon through Asian-inspired pairings such as Đà Lạt herbs, Long An duck, Hòa Lộc mango, and locally grown Cacao-Trace chocolate, showcasing the chef’s modern, regionally attuned culinary approach. At Conrad Bali, the season’s spirit is captured in The Conrad Eggnog, a tropical reinterpretation of the beloved holiday classic with Balinese arak, cinnamon, nutmeg, and palm sugar.
