Globe Telecom cemented its position as an Employer of Choice in the Philippines and ASEAN after winning 11 awards, including the Overall Grand Winner, at the HR Excellence Awards 2025. The event was held on August 7, 2025 at the Grand Hyatt Manila, Bonifacio Global City.
The company’s record-breaking haul recognized its leadership in people and culture innovation. Gold awards included Excellence in Employee Advocacy and Brand Ambassadors, Excellence in Learning and Development, Excellence in Talent Management, and Excellence in Addressing Urban Workforce Challenges.
Globe also secured top individual honors. Mark Dimaisip was named HR Manager of the Year, while Chief Human Resource Officer Renato Manuel Jiao received HR Leader of the Year.
The company added Silver wins for Excellence in Hybrid Working and Excellence in Employee Volunteerism, and Bronze for Excellence in Talent Mobility and Excellence in Talent Acquisition.
This year’s results surpass Globe’s previous wins of five awards in 2022, nine in 2023, and six in 2024. With 11 honors in 2025, capped by the Ultimate Grand Winner title, Globe reinforced its commitment to progressive HR practices and people-first strategies.
