Explore Hokkaido through the Ghost of Yōtei Hokkaido Tour
PlayStation and Klook have teamed up to bring gamers and travelers a unique experience, the Ghost of Yōtei Hokkaido Tour. Inspired by the world of Ghost of Yōtei, the curated journey will take participants through some of Hokkaido’s most iconic landscapes that shaped the game’s design. Bookings opened on September 30, 2025, and the tour begins on November 3, 2025.
The Ghost of Yōtei Hokkaido Tour highlights real-world locations that influenced the game:
- Noboribetsu Date Jidai Mura – Step into the Edo period at this living history village. Guests can try archery, shuriken tossing, and samurai dress-up. The Katana Museum and Fire Watchtower offer a glimpse into samurai culture.
- Noboribetsu Hell Valley (Jigokudani) – Known for its volcanic terrain, steaming vents, and oni statues, this location inspired the game’s dark fortresses and myths.
- Lake Toya – Surrounded by hot springs and views of Mount Yōtei, Lake Toya mirrors the game’s serene hot spring moments.
- Mount Yōtei – The iconic “Female Mountain” serves as the namesake of the game. Visitors can see its grandeur from Nakayama Pass and Lake Hill Farm.
The collaboration also brings a Ghost of Yōtei Giveaway Campaign. Fans in Southeast Asia can join two main contests:
