Geeks on a Beach 2025 is setting a new standard for the Philippine tech scene with its AI-focused program. The conference, happening on October 1 to 3 at JPark Island Resort in Mactan, Cebu, will introduce tracks designed to guide businesses and tech teams from hype to practical AI adoption.

Organizers confirmed that this year’s event will focus on how AI can drive growth, efficiency, and innovation. “Every company is turning into an AI company, but many are unsure how to begin,” said Tina Amper, lead organizer of GOAB. She added that the goal is to give founders, executives, and teams clear roadmaps to achieve business impact with AI.
AI masterclasses will kick off the conference. Two tracks will run in parallel, one for IT and technology professionals, and another for business, marketing, and startup teams. Sessions will cover practical AI applications like Google Cloud development, AI-driven media strategies, and building AI-augmented teams.
On October 2, AI leader Tim Santos will lead a workshop titled “Zero to Strategy: Building Your AI Roadmap.” The session will help decision-makers identify opportunities, map out use cases, and create actionable 30, 60, and 90-day AI strategies. Santos will also share findings from the Philippine AI Report Survey.
Since 2013, Geeks on a Beach has connected startups, investors, and policymakers in a laid-back beachside setting. This year, the focus on AI aims to give attendees practical tools for building strategies that work in real business environments.
