Set on 5.2 hectares of lush greenery along Sabang Beach, the Marriott International resort offers a convenient base for exploring the Puerto Princesa Underground River, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the nearby Sabang Mangrove Forest.

Italian flavors arrive at Il Fiore

The newly opened Il Fiore serves contemporary interpretations of classic Italian dishes in a relaxed yet sophisticated setting.

Among its featured offerings is the Diavola, a pizza topped with pepperoni, pork sausage, mozzarella, and chili flakes. Guests looking for a seafood dish can try the Pesce Intero al Forno alla Siciliana, a freshly caught fish baked in a brick oven and served with tomato sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, and grilled vegetable confit.

Diners can pair their meals with Best Brews, the resort’s exclusive craft beer selection developed in partnership with Palaweño Brewery. The collection includes flavors inspired by Palawan and Filipino food culture, such as Pineapple by the Sea and Suman Pandan Pale Ale.
