Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has introduced the Disappearing Bar, a limited-time pop-up concept designed to give guests an elevated and intimate evening. The experience debuts this September at Fairmont Royal York in Toronto in partnership with GREY GOOSE Vodka.
Held in a hidden rooftop space typically closed to the public, the Disappearing Bar offers handcrafted martinis, dessert bites, live music, and panoramic skyline views. Guests will also enjoy premium sound by Devialet, Fairmont’s new audio partner. Each 60-minute session is limited to 20 guests, emphasizing exclusivity and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.
The Fairmont Royal York event runs on September 17, 18, 24, and 25, 2025, with tickets priced at CAD 96++ per person. Reservations are available via Eventbrite.
The Disappearing Bar supports Fairmont’s Make Special Happen campaign, showcasing the brand’s commitment to creating memorable guest moments. After Toronto, the concept will travel to other Fairmont locations, including The Savoy in London, Fairmont The Palm in Dubai, and Fairmont New Orleans.
Fairmont and GREY GOOSE Vodka aim to bring sophistication and elegance to the experience, positioning the Disappearing Bar as more than a cocktail event but a curated celebration.
