For one night only, EPICURIOUS at Clark Marriott Hotel is presenting an exclusive nine-course gastronomic dinner with six distinguished chefs across Marriott International Philippines’ restaurants and a well-known Kapampangan chef. As a first-of-its-kind culinary convergence, expect epic spreads with a soul-warming musical performance by Kammerchor Manila happening this August 21, 2026, at 6:00 pm in the property’s Grand Ballroom. At ₱8,540 net per person, taste seekers can indulge in feasts prepared by the country’s best—secure a seat at the table as early as now to set out on a flavorsome journey.

Begin the tasteful excursion from Spain as Chef Álvaro Romer-abreu Raya features the MICHELIN-recognized cuisine of Cantabria by Chele Gonzalez at The Westin Manila. Then take a detour to Peru and Japan, with the fusion of Peruvian and Japanese creations by Chef Rodrigo Serrano at DIP Nikkei in Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort, Cebu’s first Peruvian-Nikkei restaurant. To season the menu with more Asian flavors, Smoki Moto’s Chef Simon Moon is dishing up bold K-style specialties, while Wu Xing’s Chef Lucas Zhou is preparing their famous authentic Cantonese cuisine, blending tradition and artful presentation. Both restaurants are highly praised within the Clark region and are located right at Clark Marriott Hotel. As for something closer to home, Chef Erwin Marquez is heating the grill to represent the well-raved-about steak of Cru Steakhouse, guided by his Filipino-inspired love for cooking. Joining him is Chef Meik Brammer, fondly known as “The Big Chef,” who has been with Marriott for more than 25 years and is bringing the chain to greater heights as Manila Marriott Hotel’s Director of Culinary Operations. Also worth looking forward to is the Pampanga-based restaurant Tito Boy by Chef Bong Sangmit, plating up elevated comfort and his signature refined take on classic Filipino flavors.

Pampanga has long been recognized as a province that celebrates food beyond ingredients, from techniques to heirloom recipes that come with it. As EPICURIOUS unfolds right at the heart of it, Clark Marriott Hotel becomes a melting pot of cuisine that transcends cultures, with renowned chefs from different corners of the world showcasing a piece of each country.

This is a one-night-only event to let your taste buds embark on a world tour without jetting off. This, together with performances by the Kammerchor Manila, makes the experience one for the books. Registration is open until tickets last, so don’t miss this rare opportunity. Admission is priced at ₱8,540 net per person, inclusive of a welcome cocktail, a nine-course tasting menu, selected wine pairings, and live performances. Guests are invited to dress in black-and-white cocktail chic.
