Empowered and Connected: Smart puts customers at the heart of the experience

From scam awareness to TikTok tips, Smart celebrates its subscribers with a day of learning, creativity, and community.

Mobile services provider Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) put its customers in the spotlight during Smart Customer Day, transforming SM Megamall Cyberzone store into a vibrant hub of tech, lifestyle, and community.

The celebration gathered Smart subscribers for a full day of engaging sessions — from scam awareness and digital safety to mobile photography and TikTok content creation — all designed to help customers make the most out of their Smart experience.

Among the attendees was Faye, a Smart customer since 2010, who appreciated both the fun and the practical insights from the event.

“I enjoyed the scam awareness program and yung sa mobile photography, ang dami kong natutunan!” she said. “As a salesperson, having reliable mobile data is super important. With Smart, I can reach clients faster, which really helps in my profession. Grateful ako sa effort ng Smart to make us feel valued.”

The event also featured Smart Ambassador and Gen Z content creator CK De Leon, who inspired fellow subscribers to connect, create and share content on Tiktok with Smart’s powerful network.

“As a Smart subscriber, it’s more than just the service– it’s the connectivity and the chance to meet others who share the same love for our telecom. TikTok is a big part of my life and work, and it’s amazing to show how we can enjoy it even more with Smart,” she shared.

Brenda Dichoso, FVP for Customer Experience at Smart, emphasized the purpose behind the celebration. “Smart Customer Day is all about our customers. We invited them to join the fun and learn skills that can help them maximize the use of their mobile devices and navigate the digital world safely.”

From scam awareness to social media tips, Smart Customer Day showcased how mobile connectivity empowers everyday life — whether for work, creativity, or staying safe online.

With more events lined up across the country, Smart Customer Day will continue to highlight Smart’s commitment to delivering fast, reliable mobile experiences and bringing joy, learning, and connection to customers nationwide.
