Emirates Aircraft Technician Jobs Philippines offer Dubai-based careers with tax-free pay and global travel perks
Emirates is heading to the Philippines for its global recruitment drive for aircraft technicians. The airline will hold roadshows in Manila on October 14 and 15 to scout Filipino talent for Dubai-based positions.
The Dubai carrier aims to hire 750 aircraft technicians globally this year as part of the Emirates Group’s plan to recruit 17,300 professionals across 350 roles. This expansion supports Emirates’ new US$950 million engineering facility under construction at Dubai World Central, set to be one of the largest and most advanced in commercial aviation by 2027.
Saeed Abdulla Miran, Emirates Philippines Country Manager, said Filipino engineers and technicians have a chance to work on the world’s largest fleet of widebody aircraft. The role promises hands-on experience with Airbus and Boeing jets, third-party maintenance work, and access to Emirates’ advanced engineering programs.
Applicants attending the Manila roadshows will learn about the role, salary, benefits, and life in Dubai. The airline offers a tax-free salary, medical and life insurance, profit share eligibility, and travel discounts for employees and family. Technicians will also enjoy access to the Emirates Platinum Card with global brand privileges.
Qualified applicants must have an approved apprenticeship or equivalent in aircraft maintenance and at least five years of experience.
