Designed for properties with 120 to 300 keys in strategic urban and resort locations, Dusit Hotels blends refined comfort with local character, offering guests “Distinctly Elevated” experiences shaped by the unique essence of each destination.
With three hotels already operational — Dusit Hotel Doha in Qatar, Dusit Le Palais Tu Hoa in Hanoi, and Dusit Hotel AG Park in Chengdu — and a fourth, Dusit Hotel Greenhills in Manila, opening in 2026, Dusit Hotels is rapidly establishing its presence across Asia and the Middle East. Each location embraces local culture and physical context while integrating smart technologies and destination-specific amenities.
The newly signed Dusit Hotel Greenhills, Manila will occupy the top 10 floors of Primex Tower in San Juan City, offering 200 rooms alongside premium features such as a rooftop bar, swimming pool, ballroom, and Thai fine dining at Benjarong. The brand’s focus on personalized service, wellness offerings, and cultural design elements sets it apart in a competitive market.
