Wenceslao Group, the owner and master developer of Aseana City, proudly announces its recent recognition at the 12th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, where it received accolades highlighting its commitment to sustainability and excellence in urban development. The 2024 edition of the awards celebrates outstanding achievements across various categories, including property development, design, real estate portfolios, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria.
D.M. Wenceslao Group earned three awards at the 12th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, including the prestigious title of Best Mixed-Use Development for Parqal, a Highly Commended award for Best Retail Development (also for Parqal), and a Highly Commended award for Best Mixed-Use Developer for D.M. Wenceslao Group.
Opened in September 2023, Parqal embodies the concept of a “15-minute city,” with a design centered on creating localized neighborhoods that enable residents to access essential services and amenities within a 15-minute walk or bike ride.

The development received 5-Star BERDE certifications from the Philippine Green Building Council, followed by significant wins in both local and international award programs, including Winner – Mid-Rise Structure Category at the 2024 Philippine Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards and Gold Winner at the MUSE Design Awards in the Architectural Design category for Retail Shops, Department Stores, and Malls.
