As a thank you for being recognized as Forbes’ Best Bank in the Philippines, leading digital banking services provider CIMB Bank PH launched a series of promos for new and existing CIMB customers.
From 01 May 2023 to 30 June 2023, existing UpSave or GSave customers can get 6% per annum (p.a.) interest on their Average Daily Balances (ADBs) of up to PHP 200,000. On the other hand, new customers opening either an UpSave or a GSave account will get an interest rate of 12% p.a. annum on their ADBs of up PHP 200,000. In both instances, ADBs in excess of PHP 200,000 will earn the base interest rates of 2.5% and 2.6% for UpSave and GSave respectively.
Meanwhile, CIMB deposit customers spending at least PHP 1,000 using their virtual debit cards will get a cashback of 5%, capped at PHP 100 per custossmer, every month within the aforementioned campaign period.
