Bounty commemorates 40 years of serving Filipinos with Food Made Better

2026 is a big year for Bounty Fresh Group Holdings, Inc. as it is set to celebrate its 40th anniversary, marking four decades of commitment to Food Made Better and its enduring service to consumers, communities, and the Philippine poultry industry.

Bounty Fresh is preparing a series of new offerings to celebrate the milestone and give back to the stakeholders who have been part of its journey. One of these is its latest campaign, Basta, Bounty Fresh!, which highlights how Filipinos show care and affection through food.

For four decades, Bounty Fresh has been present in everyday moments—from breakfast tables and baon boxes to holiday feasts and family gatherings—making it easier for families to prepare fresh, nutritious, delicious yet value-for-money meals. Its wide range of products includes Golden Yolk eggs, Chicken Raised with No Antibiotic Ever which is certified as “Reared without Antibiotics” by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), as well as marinated chicken products such as Marinado Chicken Tocino and Marinado Chicken Tapa. The brand also offers fresh, clean and tender meats (beef and pork) and convenient value-added favorites such as nuggets, chicken sticks, and chicken popcorn to name a few.

Bounty is also preparing for the years to come to ensure it maintains or even surpasses what it has currently achieved to better serve its consumers, partner communities, and the agriculture industry.

“Bounty’s 40th anniversary is about scaling for the future. We are gearing up our supply chain and investing in new facilities to keep our service consistent and our costs competitive. Our partners can expect a steady supply and continuous innovation. From holiday peaks to sudden surges, we are ready to rise to every situation with you,” said Atty. Kenneth Cheng, Bounty Fresh Group Holdings, Inc. CEO and President.

The group is also looking to expand its business internationally. Currently, it is operating in three countries: Philippines, Indonesia, and New Zealand. According to Architect Edwin Chen, President of Bounty Specialty Foods, Inc., they are eyeing to become a regional player and gain more presence in the Southeast Asian market.

“As the leading Philippines-based farm-to-market poultry producer, we constantly aim to provide Filipinos with healthy and nutritious products more than just making a profit. We always go back to our purpose, which is to make food better,” said Architect Chen.

Highlighting this purpose, Chairman of Bounty Fresh Group Holdings, Tennyson Chen, emphasizes the company’s commitment to the people they serve. “We like to give the Filipino consumer a healthy food or diet. In the future, the focus of the company will be creating food that is healthier because the Filipino consumer deserves to have the best,” said Sir Tennyson.

Following its official registration on July 18, 1986, Bounty has grown alongside Filipino families, building trust through quality products, responsible practices, and strong partnerships across its value chain. What began as a family exploration of venturing into agribusiness has evolved into a long-standing commitment to delivering better food through innovation, sustainability, and nation-building.

From its humble beginnings of establishing a layering farm in Bulacan, Bounty has since grown into an almost full-circle food chain company that supports consumers and agribusiness owners through Bounty Fresh, Inoza Feeds, Chooks-To-Go, and more.

“This milestone would not have been possible without the dedication and loyalty of our employees who have helped build Bounty into what it is today. We are deeply thankful to our partners for placing their trust in us, for giving us the opportunity to grow alongside them, innovate together, and continuously deliver better products. We remain committed to ensuring that as Bounty grows, the families who are with us will grow as well,” said Atty. Cheng.

Bounty has also strengthened its role in the industry by continuously improving its processes, supporting contract growers and partners, and upholding high standards in food safety and responsible production—a commitment reinforced by its global LRQA certification for being Reared without Antibiotics.

To date, Bounty has supported hundreds of contract growers and contract breeders across the country.

Bounty’s 40 years in the industry stands not only as a celebration of longevity, but as a testament to the trust and collaboration that have shaped the company’s growth over the years. As Bounty looks ahead, it remains dedicated to building on this legacy of serving consumers, empowering communities, and contributing to a stronger and more food-secure Philippines.
