ASUS ROG introduced three new gaming monitors at Gamescom 2025. The lineup includes the ROG Swift OLED PG27AQWP-W, ROG Strix OLED XG27AQWMG, and Strix OLED XG27AQDMG Gen 2.
The PG27AQWP-W and XG27AQWMG use Tandem OLED technology, delivering 15% higher peak brightness, 25% wider color volume, and 60% longer lifespan compared to previous WOLED monitors. Both feature a 0.03ms response time, VESA DisplayHDR 500 True Black, and 99.5% DCI-P3 gamut. The ROG TrueBlack Glossy coating ensures sharp visuals and deeper blacks. ASUS OLED Care Pro with Neo Proximity Sensor helps extend panel life.
The 26.5-inch PG27AQWP-W is the world’s fastest OLED monitor with a native 540Hz refresh rate. It offers dual mode, switching between QHD at 540Hz and HD at 720Hz. Connectivity options include DisplayPort 2.1a UHBR20 with 80Gbps bandwidth and HDMI 2.1. A sturdy silver-finished stand and half-transparent back panel complete its design.
The XG27AQWMG is also a 26.5-inch QHD OLED monitor with a 280Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms response time. It comes with a new 30% smaller compact stand and supports DisplayPort 1.4 (DSC), HDMI 2.1, and USB Hub.
The XG27AQDMG Gen 2 brings a 240Hz refresh rate, 0.03ms response time, and WOLED panel. It has TrueBlack Glossy coating, Neo Proximity Sensor, VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black, and 99% DCI-P3 color coverage. It features a smaller stand, USB Hub, DisplayPort 1.4, and HDMI 2.1. With true 10-bit color and Delta E<2 accuracy, it suits gaming, design, and video production.
