AirAsia Dream It Journey brings Asean creators together through gaming culture
AirAsia brings Asean creators together through Dream It Vol. 2. The journey placed rising talent inside Tokyo’s rich gaming scene with support from SEGA. The five day experience showed how games, people and culture connect across borders.

The journey followed the annual RedGames Jam. The game jam gathered over one hundred forty young developers from the region. They built mobile friendly games in two days. Team Glep won the challenge. Their prize was an all expenses paid creative experience through Tokyo. AirAsia and SEGA formed this partnership in 2023. The two brands continue to support new talent through shared programs.
The Dreamers began the trip in a Tokyo hotel lobby. You saw creators from different Asean countries exchange stories. You felt the energy. You felt the shared passion for gaming. The hosts guided the group through the city. Streamer Denise Teo, known online as supercatkei, supported the Dreamers in every stop. She gave insight into gaming communities and the value of connection.
The group explored Tokyo Game Show 2025. You witnessed the scale of global gaming innovation. The Dreamers received behind the scenes access through SEGA. They learned from developers and industry leaders. They also visited hidden spots in the city. Every moment showed how play inspires creativity and community.
Dream It sits under AirAsia’s The Colour of Connection campaign. The platform highlights People, Places and Passion. Each volume brings creators to a new city with a new theme. The first volume explored music in Manila with Ta ku. The second volume explored gaming in Tokyo with SEGA.
Dream It shows young creators that passion can lead you to new people and new opportunities. The program acts as a bridge between Asean talent and the wider world.
