The awards recognized AIA Philippines for its digital recruitment platform iRecruit, the mobile-first insurance product PamilyaProtect, and its company-wide Employee Engagement Initiative.
iRecruit was lauded as the Digital Transformation Initiative of the Year for streamlining agency recruitment with an intuitive, fully integrated digital interface. This platform enables AIA to onboard financial advisors faster while focusing on human connections and meaningful support.
Meanwhile, PamilyaProtect, the brainchild of BPI AIA—AIA’s bancassurance arm—won Digital Insurance Initiative of the Year. This mobile-first product simplifies access to insurance, especially for underserved Filipino families. With premiums starting at just PHP 417 annually and coverage up to PHP 2 million, it breaks barriers to affordability and accessibility.
