AIA Philippines continues its leadership streak as it bags three prestigious honors at the Insurance Asia Awards 2025, showcasing its commitment to innovation and purpose-driven service. The awards recognized AIA Philippines for its digital recruitment platform iRecruit, the mobile-first insurance product PamilyaProtect, and its company-wide Employee Engagement Initiative.

iRecruit was lauded as the Digital Transformation Initiative of the Year for streamlining agency recruitment with an intuitive, fully integrated digital interface. This platform enables AIA to onboard financial advisors faster while focusing on human connections and meaningful support.

Meanwhile, PamilyaProtect, the brainchild of BPI AIA—AIA’s bancassurance arm—won Digital Insurance Initiative of the Year. This mobile-first product simplifies access to insurance, especially for underserved Filipino families. With premiums starting at just PHP 417 annually and coverage up to PHP 2 million, it breaks barriers to affordability and accessibility.

Rounding off its victory, AIA Philippines received the Employee Engagement Initiative of the Year award. Through its holistic Grow@AIA and Wellbeing@AIA programs, AIA strengthens its internal culture, fosters collaboration, and empowers its people to thrive in a workplace of purpose and connection.

These three wins reaffirm the role of AIA Philippines in shaping the future of insurance by enhancing digital access, nurturing employee well-being, and staying grounded in its promise to help Filipinos live healthier, longer, better lives.
