Bigo Live Spotlights Filipino Lgbtqia+ Creators and Community This Pride Month

Bigo Live is celebrating Pride Month in the Philippines by putting LGBTQIA+ voices, creativity, and community stories at the center of its platform.

From June 1 to 30, the global livestreaming platform is hosting dedicated Pride Month livestreams featuring Filipino LGBTQIA+ creators who have built communities, showcased talent, and connected with audiences through real-time digital content.

The month-long celebration features vocal performances, drag artistry, musical showcases, and community sharing sessions designed to highlight individuality, creativity, and authentic self-expression.

“This Pride month, we are excited to spotlight the incredible creativity and inspirational journeys of our LGBTQIA+ creators and communities,” said a Bigo Live Philippines spokesperson.

The spokesperson added that the platform aims to provide a safe and inclusive space where users can celebrate their passions, embrace their individuality, and find meaningful communities.

BIGO: Haus of Slay Takes the Spotlight

At the heart of the celebration is BIGO: Haus of Slay, an in-app event featuring dedicated live channel rooms for LGBTQIA+ creators.

The program brings together a diverse lineup of Filipina LGBTQIA+ creators who will perform and engage with audiences through music, dance, drag, and live community conversations.

Featured creators include vocal performers Nivram4485 and Brytness, who are known for strong live vocals and engaging audience interaction.

Drag artist onlytissy0011 will showcase bold stage presence and creative character styling, while Mj.meredores and hayeyyy will combine drag performances with live vocal acts, bringing a mix of music, performance, and personality to the celebration.

Building Safe Digital Spaces

Bigo Live said the Pride Month celebration reflects its continuing commitment to authenticity and inclusivity.

For the past 10 years, the platform has supported LGBTQIA+ voices through livestream events, creator-focused activities, in-app features, and community-driven programs.
