LE MEURICE, PARIS
GASTRONOMY OFFERING
Le Meurice will offer two distinct restaurant experiences; a relaxed setting at Restaurant Le Dalí and a Michelin-starred dinner at Restaurant Le Meurice Alain Ducasse.

At Restaurant Le Dali, chef Clémentine Bouchon will showcase a menu rooted in classic cuisine, with a focus on precision, balanced flavours and varied cooking techniques. The seven-course menu will include dishes such as crispy rice with squash and sweet pepper, lightly cooked scallops with leek and Kristal caviar, and golden veal with stuffed mushrooms and black truffle. At the end of the evening, guests will receive either a half-bottle of Bruno Paillard Champagne or an assortment of Alain Ducasse chocolates.

At Restaurant Le Meurice Alain Ducasse, the Michelin-starred Valentine’s Day menu whas been designed by chef Amaury Bouhours. The six-course experience will adopt a more relaxed format while maintaining a strong culinary identity. Highlights will include lightly cooked sea bream from Noirmoutier with beetroot, rosehip and smoked yoghurt, and crispy blue lobster with radish, amaranth and red pepper.

LA BELLE ÉTOILE SUITE
For one couple, Le Meurice will offer a private Valentine’s Day experience in the Belle Étoile Suite. With panoramic views over Paris, guests will enjoy an overnight stay combined with a gastronomic dinner created by chef Amaury Bouhours. The six-course menu, paired with Grand Cru wines, will reflect the chef’s culinary approach through carefully balanced but contrasting flavours.
The romantic stay in La Belle Etoile Suite is priced at €35,000 and includes the gastronomic menu from Restaurant Le Meurice Alain Ducasse.
PASTRY HEART BY CHEFS CEDRIC GROLET AND FRANÇOIS DESHAYES
Chef Cedric Grolet and head pastry chef François Deshayes will present the Lychee Heart, a limited-edition dessert designed to be shared. A vanilla mousse with a rose-scented lychee centre, placed on a vanilla sponge with a vanilla praline crunch will sit beneath a thin chocolate shell textured to resemble the lychee’s exterior.

HOTEL EDEN, ROME
VALENTINE’S DAY MENUS
With its sweeping views over the Eternal City and a culinary philosophy rooted in Mediterranean tradition, Hotel Eden will present two special menus created by executive chef Salvatore Bianco for Valentine’s Day.
The jewel of Hotel Eden, La Terrazza sits atop the hotel with mesmerising views across Rome. For Valentine’s Day, chef Salvatore Bianco presents a seven‑course menu that reflects his blend of Mediterranean tradition with a contemporary twist. Guests will discover dishes such as smoked oyster paired with cucumber juice, gin and candied lemon, followed by steamed scallops complemented by vanilla cauliflower, tangerine and caviar. Burnt wheat bottoni pasta served in shrimp consommé with pumpkin pearls continues the culinary journey, which concludes with a dessert of milk chocolate and raspberries lifted by tonka bean and Port wine.

At Il Giardino Ristorante, known for its relaxed, sunlit atmosphere and sweeping views of the city, chef Salvatore Bianco presents a second seven‑course menu celebrating freshness and Italian elegance. Highlights of the menu include prawn carpaccio paired with puntarella chicory, chamomile and lemon, followed by a tender veal fillet accompanied by broccoli rabe leaves, cauliflower purée, meat sauce and black truffle. The evening comes to a gentle close with almond, vanilla and hibiscus tea, followed by a selection of petit fours.

EMBRACE OF LOVE RITUAL AT THE EDEN SPA
For others seeking serenity, The Eden Spa will offer the Embrace of Love ritual from February 1 to 15. Celebrating love in its most authentic form, the experience begins with warm HöbePergh body wraps designed to release tension and encourage deep relaxation, followed by a nourishing treatment using HöbePergh Rich Nourishment Body Cream that leaves the skin soft, radiant and silky to the touch.
