TP in the Philippines has opened a new operations hub at Four E-Com Center in the SM Mall of Asia complex. The company said its 29th Philippine site is expected to create more than 1,000 job opportunities as it expands services for global clients.
The hub is TP’s second site in Pasay. Its existing operation at the nearby MAAX Building has more than 5,000 customer experts, according to the company. The Four E-Com Center project was announced earlier this year, with operations targeted to begin in September.
TP said the expansion responds to demand for services that combine employees’ expertise with digital tools and artificial intelligence. The company expects its teams to handle more complex customer concerns, problem-solving and oversight of AI-supported workflows as routine tasks become more automated.
“Our expansion in Pasay reflects our global clients’ continued confidence in the Philippines and in Filipino talent’s ability to thrive with technology,” said Rahul Jolly, CEO of TP in the Philippines, in the company’s release. He said TP aims to pair AI with employees’ expertise and emotional intelligence.
The company cited figures attributed to the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines showing that the country’s IT-BPM industry generated approximately US$40.3 billion in revenue and employed 1.89 million people in 2025. Those figures were provided in TP’s release.
Officials and industry representatives attended the site inauguration. Philippine Economic Zone Authority Director General Theo Panga delivered a recorded message, saying new hubs add to the country’s position as a destination for global business services.
TP said it has operated in the Philippines for 30 years and employs approximately 60,000 people nationwide. Its operations extend beyond Metro Manila to regional hubs including Cebu, Bacolod, Baguio, Clark, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Laoag and General Santos.
