This fall, The Beverly Hills Hotel, a Dorchester Collection hotel, will usher in a dazzling new chapter of stylish dining, lounging and nightly entertainment at the legendary Hollywood gathering place and global cultural landmark.
Complementing the legendary Polo Lounge, Fountain Coffee Room and Cabana Cafe, which will remain unchanged, five new public spaces will form a lively new social heart of the hotel to the left of the lobby’s iconic red-carpet entrance. Visionary American designer Ken Fulk serves as Creative Director for the project, bringing his richly layered aesthetic and theatrical design sensibility to the interiors while honoring the unmistakable spirit of The Beverly Hills Hotel. The project also enlists San Francisco-based firm Ike Baker Velten Architecture as the architect of record.
The venues include a supper club and luxury dining destination with entertainment curated by the team behind Annabel’s and The Arts Club in London; a cocktail bar and outdoor terrace overlooking the L.A. skyline; and an indoor-outdoor lounge for locally sourced fare, coffee and high tea on Sunset Boulevard. A screening room and private dining room will also be available.
Marking the most significant evolution of the hotel’s social life in more than eighty years, the project represents the most extensive expansion of The Beverly Hills Hotel’s lifestyle offerings since the 1940s and introduces a vibrant new dimension to the legendary ‘Pink Palace’. Inspired by conversations with guests and shaped by the hotel’s enduring spirit of glamour and connection, the new venues invite a new generation to gather, celebrate and experience the magnetic energy of this iconic address.
