SM Investments workplace culture earns global recognition
SM Investments Corporation has been officially certified as a Great Place to Work® in 2025, joining a select list of Philippine companies recognized for strong workplace culture.
The certification is based on the Trust Index Survey, which reflects employee trust and satisfaction, as well as the Culture Brief that outlines SM’s workforce profile and employee programs.
Frederic DyBuncio, President and CEO of SM Investments, said the recognition validates their commitment to creating an inclusive and dynamic work environment. “When our people thrive, business and communities thrive as well,” he noted.
Other SM companies also received the certification this year, including SM Prime Holdings, SM Development Corporation, and SM Supermalls.
With employees spanning generations from Baby Boomers to Gen Z, SM emphasizes cross-generational collaboration. DyBuncio said the blend of perspectives, mentorship opportunities, and diversity fosters innovation across the organization.
