Shopee has introduced the Shopee Tatak Pinoy: Sibol Accelerator Program, a new initiative designed to help high-potential Filipino MSMEs grow their online businesses. Launched as part of Shopee’s 10th anniversary, the six-month program provides mentorship, tools, and tailored support for entrepreneurs aiming to strengthen their foundations and scale effectively.

The Sibol Accelerator builds on the success of the Shopee Tatak Pinoy MSME Roadshow earlier this year. The program offers participating sellers access to Shopee experts and mentors, milestone-based incentives, and a customized growth plan. Key focus areas include:

  • Shop and content optimization
  • Marketing and campaign planning
  • Affiliate and community-driven marketing
  • Fulfillment and customer experience
  • Performance tracking and business planning

The pilot cohort, starting Q4 2025, will include 20 invited local sellers who have shown consistent shop activity, customer engagement, and readiness to expand.

“Shopee Tatak Pinoy has always been about supporting local businesses,” said Vincent Lee, Head of Shopee Philippines. “The Sibol Accelerator is our way of giving MSMEs the tools to scale smarter and build a lasting presence online.”

Through this program, Shopee reinforces its long-term commitment to Filipino entrepreneurs, empowering more businesses like Don Ricardo Chocolates, which successfully grew from local cacao farms to household shelves nationwide.
