How the RELX culture of care empowers employees and communities
RELX, known globally for its work in data and analytics, continues to build a workplace where people feel supported and valued. The company strengthens its culture of care by investing in community work, engagement programs, and employee well-being. This approach keeps employees motivated and gives them chances to create real impact.

The company marks September as RELX Cares Month. Employees join activities that help families, scholars, and children who need support. Teams organize fun runs, outreach programs, and hands-on volunteer work. Every employee receives two volunteer days each year. This gives them time to support causes that matter to them.
Many joined the RELX Cares Neon Night Run in Iloilo. The run supported the Friends of Cancer Kids in Iloilo Foundation. Volunteers also helped Kapatid Kita Mahal Kita Foundation scholars and other partner groups. Employees say the program reminds them that small actions shape lives. They also see how teamwork strengthens the help they give.
RTWC delegates from global RELX locations visited Payatas and helped renovate a home for one of our KKMK scholars.
RELX believes that care begins within the workplace. The company offers programs that support diversity, employee voice, and total well-being.
