LE MEURICE LAUNCHES NEW CULINARY AND WELLNESS EXPERIENCES

Dorchester Collection’s Le Meurice in Paris is starting the year with exciting new gastronomic and wellness offerings. From an exclusive series of winemaker dinners and refreshed dining at

Restaurant Le Dalí, to a renewed hydration ritual at Spa Valmont, these experiences blend heritage with  innovation, and invite guests to discover the hotel’s celebrated creativity across cuisine, wine and wellbeing.

NEW SERIES OF WINEMAKER DINNERS

Restaurant Le Dalí has announced it will host ‘les Jeudis de Vignerons’, a series of four dinners highlighting  specific wine growers from different regions of France. Curated by the hotel’s wine director, Gabriel Veissaire,  and supported by Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse, each event will highlight one estate and offer an  opportunity to meet the winemaker through a bespoke dining experience.

A SERIES OF FOUR DINNERS

Across four dates throughout the year, each dinner will open with a guided tasting of four cuvées from the  featured producer. Guests will be introduced to the grower’s philosophy and approach, with each cuvée  discussed in detail before the dining experience begins.

A four-course menu will then be served, crafted by Alain Ducasse’s teams, with each dish paired to the estate’s  cuvées. The winemaker will remain present throughout the evening, offering guidance and further insights.

After each dinner, the featured cuvées will be available for two months on the wine lists at both Restaurant  Le Dalí and Restaurant Le Meurice Alain Ducasse, presented as a dedicated ‘Coup de Coeur’ selection.

FOUR FEATURED WINE ESTATES

Le Meurice has selected four distinguished wine estates for the series, each representing a unique terroir. The  series will commence on March 19, when Jérôme Bretaudeau will present Domaine de Bellevue (Loire Valley)  and its acclaimed Muscadet wines. This will be followed in May by Géraldine Godot, who will showcase  Domaine de l’Arlot (Burgundy, Nuits‑Saint‑Georges), featuring Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Côte de  Nuits.

In October, Charles Perrin will introduce Château de Beaucastel and its celebrated Châteauneuf‑du‑Pape wines  from the Rhône Valley. The series will conclude in December with Xavier Monnot, who will present a selection  of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from his Burgundy estate.

Speaking of the upcoming series, wine director Gabriel Veissaire comments: “Wine is a lifestyle. Our goal is to  provide guests with an opportunity to meet, engage and interact with producers from key wine regions in  France, bringing to life the storytelling behind these wines, within a setting that is marked by history, culture  and gastronomic excellence.”

The wine estate dinner experience will be priced at €150 per person, including a guided tasting, a four-course  menu and wine pairings. The experience will be offered on Thursdays March 19, May 21, October 15 and  December 3, 2026. Reservations can be made by email at [email protected], by phone on  +33 1 44 58 10 44, or via the hotel website.

RESTAURANT LE DALÍ INTRODUCES A NEW LUNCH MENU AND REIMAGINED AFTERNOON TEA

In 2026, Restaurant Le Dalí is set to embark on an exciting new chapter with an reimagined culinary journey  that revitalises both its lunch and afternoon tea experiences. Led by award-winning chefs, each is a celebration  of tradition, innovation and the timeless elegance of Le Meurice.

CONTEMPORARY FRENCH COOKING ROOTED IN TRADITION

Under the direction of chef Clémentine Bouchon, the restaurant will introduce a new lunch menu that honours  traditional French cooking whilst incorporating her own creative culinary approach.

The weekly lunch menu is available from €58 and guests will choose from a starter and main course, or a main  course and dessert. Starters include egg mayonnaise with tuna belly or a homemade country terrine. Main  courses will feature beef bourguignon or free-range chicken fricassee with seasonal mushrooms and a vin  jaune sauce. À la carte dishes are also available, reflecting the chef’s approach: rooted in tradition, with precise  technique and clear flavours. Desserts have been created by chef Cedric Grolet and pastry chef François  Deshayes and will focus on well-known French recipes such as crème brûlée and rice pudding.

The lunch menu is priced at €58 for a starter and main or a main and dessert, and €68 for three courses. Drinks  are not included. Lunch is served Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 2:15pm. Reservations can be made by  email at [email protected], by phone on +33 1 44 58 10 44, or via the hotel website.

A NEW AFTERNOON TEA BY CEDRIC GROLET

Afternoon tea has been rooted in the hotel’s identity since 1835, when it became the first Parisian palace to  welcome British travellers. Today, the hotel has entrusted Cedric Grolet to reinterpret this tradition, offering  guests a unique teatime experience at Restaurant Le Dalí.

Cedric Grolet has been an integral part of the culinary landscape at Le Meurice since 2011, and he now brings  his creative approach to one of hospitality’s enduring traditions, with a modern interpretation of afternoon  tea. Teatime will be served from 12:30pm at Restaurant Le Dalí.

In keeping with the British custom, the service will begin with a selection of savoury finger sandwiches  including a Parisian classic of 12-month-aged ham and fresh truffle slices, finished with a browned-butter  emulsion and served on house-made bread. A lobster roll-inspired brioche and salmon sandwich topped with  caviar will also be served.

For the next course, guests will be invited to discover six sculpted fruits of the season, as part of Cedric Grolet’s  signature ‘trompe-l’œil’ desserts. For the launch, the selection will include yuzu, seasonal apple, mango,  peanut, pistachio and pecan. In addition, pastry chefs will offer warm madeleines, cakes, sugar brioches and  freshly baked scones throughout the service.

Champagne, teas, coffee and hot chocolate will be offered throughout the experience with the dining room  team guiding guests through pairings to best complement each course.

Teatime at Le Meurice starts from €95 per person, including a hot drink — coffee, tea or hot chocolate from  the Manufacture — with Champagne available at an additional cost. It is served Monday to Saturday  from 12:30pm to 5:30pm, and on Sundays from 4:30pm to 5:30pm. Reservations can be made via  [email protected], by telephone at +33 1 44 58 10 44, or through the hotel’s  website.

SPA VALMONT POUR LE MEURICE’S NEW HYDRATION COLLECTION Spa Valmont pour Le Meurice will mark the launch of Valmont’s new hydration collection, HYDRA3, by  presenting an updated version of its Hydration des Bisses facial from January this year.

Inspired by the bisses of Valais, the historic irrigation canal of Valais, Switzerland, the treatment will begin with  a facial massage that draws on lymphatic drainage techniques to stimulate circulation and gently release  tension. The light, targeted pressure of the facial combined with Valmont’s signature butterfly motion will aim  to encourage microcirculation. Visible results can be seen from the first treatment with the skin appearing  revitalised, luminous and refreshed. The treatment will also help restore comfort, radiance, and flexibility to  the skin under the expert hands of Valmont practitioners, while the mind and body are left in a state of  relaxation.  The “Hydration des Bisses” facial lasts 60 or 90 minutes and is available now alongside the launch of the  HYDRA3 collection. Prices start from €215 for 60 minutes or €275 for 90 minutes and are available to book  online at https://www.dorchestercollection.com/paris/le-meurice/spa-wellness.
