Keeper Security’s new ServiceNow Workflow application helps enterprises manage privileged access requests, vault records, and endpoint privilege approvals directly inside ServiceNow.
Keeper Security has launched the Keeper Security Workflow application for ServiceNow, a new integration designed to help enterprise administrators and security teams manage Keeper Vault operations within ServiceNow’s existing IT workflows.
Announced in Singapore on May 20, 2026, the integration brings Keeper Vault functions into ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog, allowing organizations to support governed, self-service access requests without requiring users to leave the ServiceNow platform.
The application is now available on the ServiceNow Store.
As enterprise systems become more complex, security teams are expected to provide fast but controlled access to privileged credentials and sensitive records. Keeper Security said the new integration helps reduce manual processes, approval delays, and compliance gaps by embedding privileged access controls into a platform already used by IT and security teams.
Through the integration, users can request access to Keeper Vault records or folders through the ServiceNow Service Catalog. These requests can be routed to approval groups, and once approved, records are shared directly with the requesting user with an audit trail.
The application also supports Endpoint Privilege Management approvals, allowing requests from endpoint devices to generate Security Incident Response tickets in ServiceNow. Administrators can approve or deny the requests within the platform, with incident tickets closed once resolved.
Other supported functions include secure record creation for credentials, SSH keys, software licenses, secure notes, and membership records; record and folder search; and one-time share capabilities for time-limited access without granting permanent vault permissions.
Keeper Security said the guided setup walks administrators through MID Server configuration, Keeper Commander CLI installation, service mode activation, and approval group assignment without requiring custom code.
“This integration reflects how we think about enterprise deployments: meet organisations inside their existing platforms and make security frictionless without making it permissive,” said Craig Lurey, CTO and Co-founder of Keeper Security.
He added that the Keeper Commander CLI running in service mode on the MID Server gives ServiceNow a secure channel into the Keeper Vault while supporting automation without compromising Keeper’s zero-knowledge architecture.
The launch strengthens Keeper Security’s position in enterprise identity security and privileged access management by making vault operations easier to govern, approve, and audit within existing IT service workflows.
