Jollibee Group and GrabFood Team Up to Make Weekday Rush Hours More Manageable for Commuters

Traffic Made Joyful: Jollibee Group and GrabFood Offer Rush Hour Rewards to Make Weekday Traffic More Bearable for Commuters in Greater Metro Manila

The Jollibee Group has partnered with GrabFood to introduce Rush Hour Rewards, an initiative designed to ease the strain of weekday travel by helping commuters in Greater Metro Manila plan their meals during the busiest times of the day.

Launched on November 3 and running until December 26, 2025, the program offers customers a ₱100 discount when they order from participating Jollibee Group brands during the morning and evening rush hours, subject to a minimum order value that varies per brand. The offer is available on weekdays between 7:00–9:00 a.m. and 5:00–9:00 p.m.

Rush hour often leaves people tired, hungry, and pressed for time, with many deciding what to eat only after a long commute. By encouraging customers to order ahead, the Jollibee Group hopes to help turn these stressful moments into smoother transitions—whether they’re heading home, returning to the office, or preparing something to bring to loved ones. With long travel times and end-of-day decision fatigue, advance ordering becomes a welcome convenience.

Rush Hour Rewards is available across the Jollibee Group’s GrabFood-listed stores in Metro Manila and Greater Metro Manila and features a wide range of offerings from 11 participating brands: Jollibee, Mang Inasal, Chowking, Greenwich, Red Ribbon, Burger King, Panda Express, Yoshinoya, Tiong Bahru Bakery, Common Man Coffee Roasters, and Milksha.

Katrina Yu, Chief Marketing Officer, Jollibee Group Philippines, said the partnership builds on the Group’s commitment to bringing meaningful, more joyful customer experiences, especially in high-pressure everyday moments. “Rush hour is often the most challenging part of the day for many Filipinos. By working with GrabFood on this initiative, we hope to provide a small but practical way to make that time a bit easier. Whether someone wants to arrive home to a ready meal, have something prepared for the office, or bring home a treat for loved ones, this program makes that possible with a little more convenience and a little more joy.”

Customers can now turn traffic into a more joyful experience by ordering from any of the 11 participating Jollibee Group brands on the GrabFood app.
