The Philippines’ Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) industry is proud to announce its recognition as home to some of the Philippines Best Workplaces 2024, honored by Great Place To Work in an awards ceremony at Grand Hyatt Manila last March 19. IT-BPM companies stand out for their excellence in workplace culture.

Among the winners are members of the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP). In the Large Category, among the winners are Synchrony, Accenture, Lexmark Research and Development Corporation, Teleperformance, Capital One, DXC Technology, and CGI Philippines, Inc. For the Medium Category, included in the winners are Via Appia Philippines, Inc., GM Philippines, Inc., Lingaro Philippines, Inc., Amadeus Marketing Philippines, S.C. Johnson Philippines ROHQ, and Thumbtack Shared Services Philippines, Inc. Finally, in the Small Category, among the winners is Limitless Connect PH Inc. In addition to the IBPAP member companies, 11 other IT-BPM firms have also been recognized for their outstanding workplace environments.

The IT-BPM industry embarks on an industry rebranding initiative in line with its vision for future growth and global impact. This strategic move aims to position the industry as a hub of creativity and opportunity, with ambitious goals to make it a $59 billion powerhouse by 2028, generating 2.5 million meaningful jobs. With a strong dedication to nurturing talent and encouraging innovation, the IT-BPM sector welcomes talented individuals seeking fulfilling career opportunities and remarkable workplace experiences. For those eager to learn more and explore career opportunities, IBPAP encourages following its LinkedIn and Facebook official pages.

Jack Madrid, President and CEO of IBPAP, stresses the importance of this initiative, “Our industry rebranding aims to highlight the globally impactful and meaningful digital experiences that our 1.7M strong Filipino workforce deliver to our global customers across banking, financial services, technology, healthcare and other verticals.”

Madrid adds, “I’m proud to witness the thriving diversity within the Philippines’ IT-BPM industry. Our verticals stand as pillars of excellence. As we celebrate our recognition as the Philippines’ Best Workplaces, I invite skilled Filipino professionals, not just those in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), to join us in shaping a future defined by collective success through fostering excellence and innovation.”
