Global AI devices provider HONOR Philippines celebrates a new milestone as the HONOR Magic V6 has been named EISA Foldable Smartphone 2026-2027 by the Expert Imaging and Sound Association (EISA), recognizing the device for its impressive combination of performance, endurance, and durability.
The recognition highlights the HONOR Magic V6’s 3nm Snapdragon® 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform, up to 16GB of RAM, 120Hz AMOLED displays, and 6,660mAh Silicon-Carbon Battery with 80W wired and 66W wireless charging. EISA also recognized the device’s IP68 and IP69 certifications, calling it an impressive step forward for foldable durability and endurance.

The EISA recognition comes as HONOR continues to gain momentum across Southeast Asia, strengthening its position in key regional markets.
According to Omdia’s 2Q26 research, HONOR ranked No. 4 among smartphone brands in both the Philippines and Malaysia, placing the brand among the top five smartphone vendors in both markets.
HONOR’s performance comes amid a challenging regional smartphone market, with smartphone shipments across Southeast Asia declining 23% year-on-year in 2Q26. Against this backdrop, HONOR’s ranking among the region’s leading smartphone brands reflects the growing presence of its mid-range and premium offerings.

The HONOR Magic V6 is available for pre-order from August 25 to September 4, 2026, for Php 119,999 in Red, Gold, and White. Customers who pre-order at any HONOR Experience and Partner Store or online can receive a FREE HONOR Pad X8b worth Php 12,999 upon claiming their device on September 5.
