A new kind of OPM festival experience is coming to the South.
Harana Music Festival 2026 will gather some of today’s most recognized Filipino singers and emerging artists at Filinvest City Events Grounds in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, on November 28.
Unlike festivals built mainly around large productions and high-energy performances, Harana introduces a more relaxed and intimate concept. The event will focus on acoustic arrangements, raw vocals, real instruments, and the stories behind songs.
It is designed to make every performance feel closer and more personal, giving audiences an opportunity to connect with the music and the artists in a different setting.
More Than 10 OPM Artists in One Festival
Leading the Harana Music Festival lineup is Filipino singer-songwriter TJ Monterde, the artist behind popular songs such as “Palagi,” “Dating Tayo,” “Tulad Mo,” and “Ikaw at Ako.”
Monterde has become one of the country’s most prominent contemporary singer-songwriters, following successful releases and multiple sold-out concerts at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. him are Arthur Nery, Maki, Earl Agustin, Rob Deniel, Angela Ken, Nicole, toneejay, Syd Hartha, Clara Benin, and A!ka.
The 11-artist lineup brings together different voices from today’s OPM scene, from established hitmakers to independent and emerging performers. sic spans contemporary pop, acoustic ballads, indie folk, alternative sounds, and the deeply personal songwriting that has connected with a new generation of Filipino listeners.
A More Personal Festival Experience
The concept behind Harana draws from the emotional and personal character of Filipino music.
Instead of placing the focus entirely on spectacle, the festival aims to create a space where audiences can listen more closely to the songs, appreciate the musicianship, and experience the stories behind each performance.
The venue will also feature food stalls, a dedicated matcha zone, art installations, community spaces, photo areas, and relaxation zones where festivalgoers can spend time between performances. ance of music, food, art, and community gives Harana a lifestyle-driven identity while keeping OPM at the center of the experience.

Harana arrives at a time when Filipino audiences are finding stronger connections with artists whose songs reflect real experiences, relationships, and everyday emotions.
By creating an event around acoustic music and personal storytelling, the festival provides another platform for OPM artists while offering audiences an alternative to the usual large-scale festival format.
It also shows that a memorable music festival does not always need to be louder or bigger. Sometimes, the most meaningful performances are the ones that allow the song, the artist, and the audience to meet in the same moment.
