Globe continues to set benchmarks in people strategy and digital transformation with major wins at the Stevie® Awards for Great Employers and the Stevie® Awards for Technology Excellence 2025.
The company was one of only three organizations to secure 14 trophies at the Stevie Awards for Great Employers, which honor top workplaces and HR innovators. Globe also received a Silver Stevie for Technology Team of the Year at the Stevie Awards for Technology Excellence, showcasing its strong digital push.

Highlights at the Stevie Awards for Great Employers included two Gold wins: the Leading Transformation Award and the Best Use of People Analytics. Globe also took home multiple Silver and Bronze trophies across HR development, onboarding, talent acquisition, and technology innovation. Several Ka-Globe leaders earned individual recognition for their leadership and impact.
At the Stevie Awards for Technology Excellence, Globe’s Enterprise Data & Strategic Services (EDS) stood out for projects such as the Next Best Offer (NBO) engine, the Customer Experience Management (CEM) Program, and the True Modern Open Data Architecture. These initiatives significantly improved personalization, customer experience, cost efficiency, and speed to insights.
The NBO platform alone generated 5 billion scores weekly, increasing campaign efficiency by 304% and offer acceptance by 317%. The CEM Program reduced complaints by 20% and sped up network issue resolution by 30%. The adoption of Apache Iceberg v2 cut data processing time by up to 90% while driving cost savings of over 80%.
