With the arrival of spring, Dorchester Collection’s Hotel Principe di Savoia has announced its 2026 Easter programme, featuring a seasonal transformation of the hotel’s Royal Suite and the return of the signature ‘Merenda del Principe’.

THE WONDERLAND SUITE
Curated by Armani/Fiori, the Royal Suite and its foyer have been transformed into an immersive setting inspired by Lewis Carroll’s novel Alice in Wonderland. The installation features floral arrangements and pastel hues, creating an enchanting environment where guests are invited to solve themed riddles and uncover chocolate treats.

PRINCIPE ‘MERENDA’– EASTER EDITION
In the warm and inviting atmosphere of the Salotto Lobby Lounge, the heart of this historic Milanese destination, where the ‘Merenda del Principe – Easter Edition’ makes its debut. Highlights include the traditional Italian Easter colomba cake. Handcrafted by Maître Pâtissier Beniamino Passannante, and available in traditional and chocolate version, the colomba is served with artisanal creams and paired with either a hot beverage or a flute of sparkling wine.

WEEKEND DINING AT ACANTO
Acanto Restaurant offers a series of seasonal dining moments this Easter. Alongside the traditional Sunday Lunch, chef Matteo Gabrielli presents a new Saturday Family Brunch with a seasonal buffet and children’s entertainment, as well as a Easter Sunday menu with an extensive selection of starters followed by a two-course seasonal menu, and an elegant dessert buffet.
