Klook highlights partnerships that drive domestic tourism growth
Klook doubles down on domestic growth through partnerships with local tourism companies
Over 200 tourism merchants from across the Philippines gathered at the first Klook Partner Awards in Manila, where Asia’s leading platform for travel services honored its strongest partners and celebrated the growth of domestic tourism.
Eric Gnock Fah, President and Co-Founder of Klook, credited local partners for helping create memorable experiences. “This event was organized to celebrate the operators on the ground that deliver all these amazing experiences and services to travelers locally and around the world,” he said.
Michelle Ho, General Manager of Klook Philippines, shared that partnerships have fueled growth across attractions, hotels, and mobility. With coverage in 99 cities, Klook is now the country’s most trusted travel app. “It’s a true indicator that the efforts we’ve launched and soon to kick off are steps toward a reinvigorated tourism landscape,” Ho added.
The Department of Tourism recognized Klook’s efforts. Assistant Secretary Sharlene Zabala-Batin commended merchants for driving innovation, saying, “Your dedication, creativity, and commitment to excellence inspire us to keep moving forward in our mission to make the Philippines a globally competitive, sustainable, and meaningful tourism destination.”
The event featured 16 award categories, recognizing 42 Filipino companies. Among the winners were:
